Recommended Dose: Company is recommending around 3kg per acre or 7.5 kg per hectare. Since it has a higher percentage of cartap hydrochloride, only 3kg is sufficient unlike 7.5kg per acre.
Target Pest: This is mainly for the paddy stem borer. This might not show effective results on other insects in paddy fields.
Mode of Action: This is a systemic insecticide. It has two ways of action. One molecule, Emamectin causes paralysis and the other molecule Cartap kills the insect when ingested (as Stomach Poison).
